Privacy is something we, at B4Playing, take very seriously. This privacy policy covers the method that B4Playing utilizes when handling your personally identifiable information which is collected each time you visit the B4playing.com web site (the "Site") or use the B4Playing client (the “Client”). This privacy policy does not pertain to the practices of companies that B4Playing does not control or own. It also does not apply to individuals who are not employed or managed by B4Playing.

Note on legal gambling age
The legal gambling age may differ among countries or regions. It is an individual’s responsibility to know the laws regarding gambling and the legal gambling age within their region and country, and abide by these laws. That being said, minors (persons under the age of 18), are not permitted to use our services. Therefore, under no circumstances will B4Playing intentionally collect information from minors.

Collection of Information
B4Playing collects personally identifiable information from you when you register and when you participate in the forums or use the Client.

The information that is collected upon registration is as follows: user name, password, email address, your name, age, gender, country, cell phone and your personal preferences. As soon as you login to the Site or Client, we will be able to identify you through your profile.

B4Playing does not track offsite user activities. Once a user leaves the B4Playing site, this includes when a user goes to casinos and poker rooms linked through B4Playing, B4Playing does not track the activities the user engages in or the actions they perform on these sites.

Your B4Playing account is protected by a password. Additionally, some of your information, including your password, is encrypted with industry-standard SSL encryption. Please be advised that although B4Playing has endeavored to create a secure and dependable site and client for its users, B4Playing cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communication or material that is transmitted to or from B4Playing via the Internet or through email. Therefore, B4Playing is not responsible for the security of any information that is transmitted through the Internet or email.
